Quality and Outcomes

Our data-collection software system (OBERD) enables us to capture patient-reported outcomes throughout your surgical process. This information will allow us to improve patient outcomes and overall experience.

The data we collect will encompass all aspects of your surgical journey and will allow us to measure patient progress, optimize treatment and improve your surgical experience at Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee.

Throughout your surgical process, you will receive a series of questionnaires that will enable your surgeon to assess your overall progress. You will receive a total of five questionnaires, both before and after surgery, at a frequency of one pre-operatively (before surgery) and four post-operatively (after surgery) – three months post, six months post, one year post, and two years post.
