Bone and Joint Institute Opens Satellite Office at Tollgate Medical Plaza

The Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee has opened a satellite office in Tollgate Medical Plaza, located in Thompson’s Station. The orthopaedic practice opened to patients Monday, Nov. 26.Tollgate Clinic grand opening.It’s important for us to be accessible to more patients in more communities,” Darren Harris, MBA, CEO of the Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee, said. “By opening a second location, at Tollgate Medical Plaza we’re bringing nationally ranked orthopaedic care to patients who would otherwise have to drive into Franklin or Nashville. Our patients come from all over Middle Tennessee and even out of state, so it’s important for us to provide convenient care for everyone.” The new office is staffed by rotating orthopaedists Ian Byram, M.D.Jeffrey Kutsikovich, M.D., and Geoffrey Watson, M.D. The practice is located at 1106 Elliston Way, Suite 300, in Thompson’s Station, with office hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. While the new office represents the group’s first practice in southern Williamson County, the Institute alongside Williamson Medical Center has worked to serve the Thompson’s Station/Spring Hill community for many years — most recently, serving as the official sports medicine provider for Williamson County’s high school athletes. Williamson Medical Center’s athletic training program includes nine full-time athletic trainers and the Institute ensures an orthopaedic provider is on-site at each home game during the football season. “Our world-class surgeons are nationally recognized as the best in their industry, and we’re excited to partner with Williamson Medical Center once again to bring exceptional care, close to home,” Harris said.
