Self-Pay Pricing
Bundles benefit self-pay patients, self-insured employers, patients with out-of-network insurance coverage, health sharing ministries and anyone who bears the out-of-pocket expense for our services.
When reviewing the package options, please keep in mind that each package is for treatment of a single body part by one of our providers. For example, treatment of your right hip and your left ankle would be two (2) separate packages. Procedure and surgery bundled packages can be purchased only if that specific plan of care has been ordered by one of our providers.
Bundled pricing includes care received at Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee and Bone and Joint Surgery Center only. Other expenses, such as those for care received at Williamson Medical Center, are not included in this package pricing.
All Durable Medical Equipment (DME) ordered during your visit will be a separate expense and is not included in the package purchased. The pricing of our self-pay package options are non-negotiable.

Everyone that I have been in contact with is awesome and the facility is immaculate any time you go. As far as I am concerned, They demand the best. I highly recommend them for all your orthopedic needs.
My family of 7, which includes 5 active kids who all play every sport all year long, have seen multiple orthopedics at B & J. We love them all! We've had hip fractures from being bucked off a new horse, torn ACL & MCL from football, fractured elbow on my 2-year-old from falling on the brick steps, carpel tunnel surgery x3, broken wrist x3, and us 2 adults have both had to have disc's removed from our backs... we will not go anywhere else!
I had an appointment recently and I am very pleased with the care I was given. Everyone there from the front desk to the doctors were very professional and gave me a one of kind care. I would recommend them to everyone!
I, personally have been coming to Franklin to the Bone & Joint Clinic since 1996. It was then that Dr. Ferrell gave me new life with two new hip joints. I have also had successful back, shoulders, and elbow procedures. My wife has become a patient here and neither of us would go anywhere else for our orthopedic needs. Though Dr. Ferrell is gone, I feel his spirit of dedication and commitment to his patients lives on through the wonderful team of physicians that now make up the "new" Bone and Joint Institute. I regret we are able to only give them five stars!
I've had a very pleasant experience here. The staff is almost perfect, they are very friendly and professional. The greet you with their beautiful smiles and great personalities. The building is very spacious and very well kept. This is my first visit here but won't be my last and that is saying a lot for a doctors office. I have already referred a friend. Great job!
If I could give this establishment higher than 5 stars, I would! We have seen a few doctors here in this group and they are all fantastic! They listen to you, really care about your concerns and do not rush appointments!! My son has seen Dr. Arthur for shoulder surgery and even though he lives out of town now, we brought him back home to see Dr. Davidson when he needed back surgery recently! Everyone we have dealt with, office staff, doctors and nurses, have been top notch and very caring.
My daughter broke her wrist and from the moment we met the doctor at the ER to our first office visit, it was a stellar experience. Everyone in the office was so nice, friendly and knowledgeable and everything is ran so well and efficiently. You can tell that they have a good office moral and really care about their patients and each other.
