Biography

Scotty Wild is a licensed physical therapist at the Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee. He completed his DPT program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) in 2018 and completed a sports residency at Houston Methodist Sugar Land in 2021. He is an APTA certified Sports Clinical Specialist and previously worked with high school, collegiate, and professional athletes, as well as many others in Sugar Land, TX, before coming to Middle Tennessee. Additionally, he continues to provide sideline care and coverage for soccer athletes at the international level. Wild also served as a faculty member of the orthopedic and sports residency programs at Houston Methodist Sugar Land and has experience lecturing in DPT programs and international conferences. He has certifications in blood flow restriction and functional dry needling, and loves working with athletes and people of all ages to help them be their best self. Outside of work Wild enjoys spending time with his wife, daughters, and exercising with his family.
