Biography

Nicole Jack is a registered and licensed occupational therapist and Certified Hand Therapist for Bone and Joint Rehabilitation Services. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin, and her Master of Occupational Therapy degree from Tennessee State University in 2014. She began her career as an occupational therapist near Savannah, GA, working in a rural area where she saw a mix of hand patients and pediatric patients in the same clinic. Nicole then moved back to Nashville and has worked in outpatient orthopaedics, specializing in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. She enjoys what she does and loves to see meaningful progress in her patients’ lives through rehabilitation. In her free time, Nicole enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, doing yoga, outdoor adventures, and traveling with friends.
