Meredith Chism is a certified family nurse practitioner at Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee Orthopaedic Urgent Care clinics. She received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Memphis and her Master of Science in nursing from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in her hometown of Memphis, Tenn. Chism is licensed in the state of Tennessee as an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) and as a registered nurse (RN). In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and cooking.
