Following the Tennessee Titans acquisition of Los Angeles Rams’ wide receiver Robert Woods on March 19, Bone and Joint Rehabilitation Services physical therapist Dave Kempfert, PT joined Austin Stanley of A to Z Sports for a DocTalk segment to discuss Woods’ recovery from a torn ACL suffered during the 2021 NFL season.
Woods tore his ACL in practice on Friday, November 12, leading up to the Rams’ game against the San Francisco 49ers. During the segment, Kempfert discusses some details of an ACL injury, as well as offering some insight into what phase of the recovery process Woods could be going through nearly four month post-surgery.
