With the NFL Draft now complete, the Tennessee Titans selected Tulane running back Tyjae Spears in the third round. Spears has a history of knee injuries, which includes the fact he’s played the game WITHOUT an ACL since a 2020 injury.
Dr. Colin Looney joined joined A to Z Sports’ Austin Stanley and Sam Phalen for a DocTalk segment on Wednesday, May 10, to discuss Spears’ knee, his short- and long-term potential at the next level and to talk about what it’s like playing without a ligament most people think of a crucial to being on a competitive field.
